Delivery Types

We work closely with a handful of third party logistics partners to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your items. Depending on the size, weight and fragility of your items, as well as your location your location, you may have different delivery options. Please see below approximate transit times for your location outlined below.

Small Parcels:

Small items including Zodiac Prints and Notebooks are shipped using AusPost Express satchels and are delivered within 3 - 10 business days.

Medium Parcels:

Medium items including Candles, Umbrellas, Sling Chairs and small Stools are shipped using Sendle and are delivered within 2 - 14 business days.

To minimise handling and ensure the safety of customers and staff, all Sendle deliveries are booked as Authority To Leave due to the ongoing COVID crisis.

Large Parcels:

All large furniture items are shipped using one of the following logistics partners:

  • Hunter Express: Australia Wide
  • Assembly Now: VIC & Metro NSW
  • MoveMyStuff: VIC (NSW weekends only) 
  • Mullumbimby Removals: Northern NSW & QLD 
  • Thompson Removals: WA, NT, TAS & Northern QLD

Scheduled for Dispatch

When an order has been “Scheduled for Dispatch”, this is Harpers Project confirming that your items are ready to be sent, and that we have scheduled dispatch with the appropriate logistics provider. Please refer to your “Scheduled for Dispatch” email to confirm which logistics provider has been allocated to deliver your order.

 From here, Estimated Dispatch Times apply. This indicates the period of time between scheduling dispatch, and your item/s being collected by the logistics provider.

Do you ship to my area?

Harpers Project ships Australia wide. However as we operate solely out of Melbourne, shipping larger or fragile items to particular locations can be quite costly. As such, we will need to issue you with a personalised shipping quote before processing your order to ensure you are okay with the delivery fees.

Delivery Services

2 Man Delivery:

This is our standard delivery service, which includes item/s being carried to your door and does not include installation, rubbish removal etc.

White Glove Service:

We are able to offer a White Glove delivery service to the majority of our locations. This can include item/s being carried and placed inside the home, assembled (where applicable) and rubbish taken away.

Delivery Process

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will select the most suitable removalist service for your orders size, and your location.

Once this has been collected by one of our logistics partners, you will be contacted by them directly to confirm a suitable delivery date and time.

If you have scheduled a delivery and miss this window, your item/s will be returned back the warehouse and re-delivery will be scheduled. Please note in this instance, a re-delivery fee may apply.
