Returns & Refunds

Though we're sure you will enjoy our products, we do understand that sometimes things just aren't what you're looking for. So, where to from here?

Change of Mind:

If you have simply had a change of heart, you are entitled to a refund granted the following requirements are met:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of receiving your item/s
• Your item/s are returned in the same condition you received them in
• Your item/s are returned in their original packaging. If you do not have your original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative materials as our logistics partners will not collect items that are unwrapped

*please note failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of your return request*

Please contact us directly to arrange your return, as we will forward you a return shipping label (if applicable). Once your item/s have been assessed by our quality assurance team, you will receive a refund back to your original method of payment. Please note that this will be minus return delivery fees.

Damaged/ Faulty Product:

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@harpersproject.com so our Customer Experience Team can assess your request. We kindly ask you to include images or photos detailing the fault with your email, so we can best assist.

Damaged goods assessment:

Once your request has been assessed by our team, we will come back to you with a solution. Depending on the outcome of the assessment and the severity of the fault, this will either be a replacement, or a partial reimbursement or full refund offered. Please know that in this instance, we want to work with you to find an outcome that you are happy with.

Marble

Marble is a natural stone that has naturally occurring imperfections. This is what makes each piece beautiful and original. Some natural imperfections consist of gradient and mineral lines which may appear as lines through the stone, which can appear to look like a crack. This however, does not compromise the structural integrity of the stone and is not deemed to be a fault.

If you have received your marble piece and are concerned that it is damaged, please contact us at info@harpersproject.com so we can assess this for you.

If your marble concern is deemed as a natural occurrence, but you are still unhappy with the appearance of the stone, we are more than happy to facilitate a replacement top. Please note that this may result in additional shipping charges.
